Well I slept for the better part of a day (this should come as no suprise to anyone who has seen me do so), but at least I have the jet lag as an excuse - otherwise my new roomies would probably think I was dead.

So I haven't had too exciting a day, except that there were no incidents with birds, I had Tim Horton's coffee (just a medium one as I think I'm going to have to get my body used to it again), found the CD player I wanted at the Sony Store (still trying to decide whether I can afford it at the moment, and I know the answer is no) and went to the Vancouver Art Gallery (Emily Carr was the best exhibit, there were also some etchings by Goya which were nice, and a Chagall exhibit which I wasn't too impressed by) - it was a donation entry, but I don't think they were too impressed by my measly $2 - it's so unfair that they put people on admissions, it would have been so much easier and less embarassing if they just had a donation box like most places.

The weather was a bit rainy today, but still not particularly cold. Loving it.

Linkin Park is playing next week. I wonder how much tickets are. It'd be so funny to mosh it up with the 12 year olds.
