Well Wednesday was long and tiring, both times! It's nearly 4pm and I'm totally whacked from the flight. For some reason I was nearly the only person (besides the guy sitting next to me) who didn't have at least 2 seats to themselves on the plane. Which made for uncomfortable sleeping.

I haven't done much since arriving in Vancouver, except marvel at the beautiful weather (between 5 and 7 degrees, clear and sunny), meet the roommates, shower, walk down to Granville Island (where I got dive-attacked by turkey-sized sea birds - very scary) and wonder if all blonde Australian girls all sound the same (except Maz of course).

I think I've decided to avoid the ski fields (and consequently afore-mentioned blonde Australian girls) since it is way too cold and I'm really not keen on skiing anyway. We'll see...
