Well this is possibly the last free internet for a while so I'll try and make the most of it. Although the space bar doesn't work too well.

I'm at Sydney airport after possibly the worst night's sleep ever (some girls decided to come in last night and turn the light on and then leave it on for an hour while they read books and magazines - there are other places to do these things you know!) - I couldn't sleep anyway, it was muggy and I'd also had my first coffee for the year with Julie (it was quite large and very good). I had bad dreams so maybe I'll lay off it again, at least until I see a Tim Hortons.

I had a really good time catching up with Julie and Mick the last couple of nights, although Julie's only two days of work happened to correlate exactly with my only two days here. Oh well. I got to go on the monorail yesterday! And we ended up at an Irish pub that was doing Tight Arse Tuesday last night and Jules won a schooner of beer in the snail racing (dinner was also only $5 which was wicked).

I have half an hour before my flight to Vancouver so I'd better go in search of sustenance ...
